The Cardiac, Stroke and Diabetes Risk Profile is based on the following questions

  Closeness to ideal weight

  Aerobic fitness

  Blood glucose level

A good score is a high score. The overall safe limit is a score above 70/100

 

Below are the sample graphs from an actual assessment. You'll be able to determine how fit the group of people are. In those groups where people score poorly we recommend employers provide staff with every encouragement to keep themselves fit and healthy to the best of their ability. There are plenty of good reasons why it makes good business sense.

 

People who score less than 6 on the glucose, cholesterol and blood pressure, and who score less than 60 overall are advised to seek a medical opinion and get themselves thoroughly checked out to determine the real status of their health.
