Over the years we've surveyed thousands of people to determine their eating habits.

The Diet Profile is based on the following questions.

Are you overweight?

If you're overweight there's something wrong with your diet

Do you eat a decent breakfast?

A lot of people don't have an adequate breakfast - just some flour and sugar. It starts the process of fluctuations of blood sugar levels throughout the day leading to obesity and the mood swings that accompany headaches, tiredness and a lack of energy.

Do you eat a high fat diet?

Do you eat a high starch diet?

If you're over-weight you're going to have to work out whether it's because you eat too much fat or too much starch and/or sugar - it is a fat guts or a starch guts. Increasingly it's the latter.

Do you eat from the top of the Hourglass?

Do you drink enough water?

Is your intake of essential vitamins. minerals, fats etc sufficient?

There is a good case for supplementing your diet. We eat too much: -

    processed food

   food grown on mineral-deficient soils

   food picked too early

food taking too long to get to the table

Do you eat too much?

Are you rules by your cravings and addiction to junk food?

- biscuits, cake, sugar, chocolate, chips, bread ...

Does the back end of your system work like a charm?

If the back end of your system is not working properly it's a sure sign that you're not putting the right food in the front end.

A good score is a high score. The pass mark is 7/10 for the individual parameters and 70/100 for the total profile score.

Below are the sample graphs from an actual assessment. You'll be able to determine how fit the group of people are. In those groups where people score poorly we recommend employers provide staff with every encouragement to keep themselves fit and healthy to the best of their ability. There are plenty of good reasons why it makes good business sense.
