PROGRAM SUGGESTIONS

Click here and take a look at our program selection.

There are a couple of options that we recommend you consider.

1.

GOOD
A good way for me to introduce the fit and healthy way of life to your staff is by presenting a range of 2 hour seminars during a day.

You pick the topics from my program selection, things like

n   Models of good health

n   The Crookback Clinic

n   Work/Life Balance, including career satisfaction

n   Relaxation, better sleep, fewer headaches, more energy.

We leave it to organisations to decide what they want. People can choose which seminars they wish to go to. Some might attend the lot.

2.

BETTER
The next best way is to really fire people up is to have them attend a one day Seven Habits of Fit and Healthy People program. They get everything in the 'good' program all rolled up into one inspiring and motivating seminar.

A half day program goes part way to doing the job.

3.

BEST
A regular and systematic health management program always stands head and shoulders above all other programs for having a lasting impact on employee health and wellbeing.

For organisations that want to make a long term impact (and who have the training budget) we recommend a program that runs over 12 - 18 months.

Over that period you run out the following two hour programs

n    Models of Good Health

n    The Crookback Clinic.

n    Work/life balance - including career satisfaction

n    Diet and fitness

n    Relaxation, better sleep, fewer headaches, more energy.

With the addition of health assessments and regular personal counseling for people at risk of one or more of the lifestyle dysfunctions, organisations can dramatically lower the costs of employing people.

AUDIT REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

We think the unique feature of oury work is the ability to feed back an audit report on a number of parameters relating to fitness, musculo-skeletal risk, cardiac, stroke and diabetes risk, stress and career satisfaction.

Managers can then get a feel for how things are ticking over, health wise and management wise, and, if need be put in train management strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of staff.

During each seminar people complete a range of profiles. We collate the results and feed them back to you.

We also include recommendations about what the organisation can do to lower the risk of absenteeism, presenteeism and worker's compensation. (In effect, it's the lowering of the risk that pays for the program - fewer days off, fewer worker's compensation claims, more energy and vitality ...)  For instance, a frequent recommendation is that people who are at great risk of musculo-skeletal dysfunction are obligated to attend a strength and flexibility program, in work's time, several times a week. We also encourage people who are stressed to use the EAP.

We can assure you there is a vast hidden navy of people in all the organisations we work with who put up with musculo-skeletal dysfunction and stress and never bother to tell anyone or do anything about it.

Regards
