CAUSES OF BACK PAIN

TEETERING ON THE EDGE

If your staff don't have a regular and systematic strength and flexibility training program there's an 80% chance that sooner or later they'll find themselves teetering on the edge of a major musculo-skeletal disaster.

If they're 20Kg over weight make that 90%.

All it needs is an 'incident' - as minor as turning round to pick up a spanner or a phone book.

Guess who gets the blame? You guessed it, the spanner and the phone book! Bad workmen are still blaming their tools.

Their personal physician will tell them that work caused it. The clerical officers in your insurance company will agree with the physician.

You don't have a leg to stand on.

Or do you?

FIX BACK PAIN

I've got a new ebook, 'Fix Back Pain', which you might like to consider purchasing for your staff.

Because Her Majesty had a belated birthday holiday last week I've decided to drop the price for a week just so you can get your hands on a copy - PLUS the bonus e-books that go with it.

If you like it, I'm happy to talk to you about making the price attractive enough for you to make it available to all your staff.

Click here to order the Fix Back Pain e-book

for the special price and get the bonus e-books

  • Causes of back, neck and shoulder pain

  • Exercises to Relieve Back Pain

  • Fix Neck Pain

  • Fix Shoulder Pain

  • Fix Knee pain

  • Strength training Diary

  • 21 Minute Aerobic Fitness Training program

You'll be linked to the www.globalbackcare.com website, set up to distribute the book world-wide - hence the US price, but it's still a good investment, containing the latest stuff on the prevention and treatment of the common musculo-skeletal dysfunctions.

HOW DO YOU KNOW?

So how do you know whether your staff are teetering on the edge?

Simple, get me in to run a few CrookBack Clinics and I'll tell you. If you click on this link you'll be taken to the spot on my website where you can rake through the audit reports I've prepared for the organisations who've already taken the plunge. When you read some of the results and realize the risk that some of these organisations are taking your eyes will roll through to the back of your neck.

Then when you sit back and think about the risk your own organisation is carrying you might break out into a cold sweat.

Anyone, regardless of whether they wield a crow bar or have a cushy sit down job who

•   can't do a situp or a pressup

•   can't touch their toes

•   can't sit down on the floor and stand up again

•   can't get their hands flat back against the wall while in the 'surrender' position

•   can't sit up straight

•   doesn't have a strength and flexibility training program

•   is 15Kg or more overweight

and blames their boss for their crook back, stiff neck, ‘cold’ shoulder and 'limp' wrist is likely to be pulling a swiftie.

Next time I write I'll send to you newsletter about the classic workers compensation swiftie.

In the meantime stay tuned, highly tuned and remember if everyone kept themselves in good nick, doctors would be sitting around twiddling their thumbs and playing golf on Wednesdays.

Regards

John Miller
