If there was one program I'd recommend it would be the
day out at the Australian
Institute of Sport.
It's a fantastic day out for a work group.
The day starts at the AIS visitor centre from where I
take your group for a look-see through the grounds - past the swimming
centre, the sports science building with the dome at the back, and later
in the day, for a look at the sports hall. It's a great facility and a
great place for a corporate health, fitness and wellbeing day.
|
 |
During the day I take your group through the
Seven Habits of Fit and
Healthy People program - which, in effect is all my programs
rolled into one.
Here's the advertising blurb for the program. You can
copy it and use it to advertise the program to your staff.
