Welcome to your day out at the Australian Institute of Sport.

It's a great facility and a great place for a corporate health, fitness and wellbeing day. I'm sure you're going to enjoy yourself.

STARTING TIME AND VENUE

The day starts at the AIS visitor centre at 8.45am.

The visitor centre is on Leverrier Crescent and is just down the hill from the AIS Arena. The car park is opposite. Park in the all day parking area.

(If you park in the 3 hour park you might get pinged later in the day. Watch out for the signs!)

SPORTS ATTIRE

We're going to galvanise ourselves into action during the day so come casually dressed, shorts, tracksuit, sandshoes.

Once everyone has arrived I'll I take your group for a quick Cook's Tour through the grounds - past the swimming centres, the sports science building with the dome at the back, and later in the day, for a look at the sports hall.
