THE SEVEN HABITS OF FIT AND HEALTHY PEOPLE
We're moving into desperate times.
The last organisations standing will be those united in a common purpose.
The last people standing will be the fit and healthy.
In Stephen Covey's terms it's time to sharpen the axe. NOW!
The one day Seven Habits of Fit and Healthy People program is designed to do just that. It's a modest investment aimed at realizing a huge return in reduced costs of absenteeism, presenteeism, workers compensation and employee turnover.
If there was a single corporate health, fitness and wellbeing program I'd recommend it would be the one day Seven Habits of Fit and Healthy People program.
It's a great day out for a work group and at this time of
the year is an ideal way to prepare for the year head, to get your staff
focused on themselves and their workgroup. It is, in effect all my programs rolled into one.
FIT AND HEALTHY ORGANISATION It's a program designed to keep your organisation in good shape: healthy organisation, healthy people.
Toward the end of the day I spent 45 minutes getting your staff to brainstorm the answers to these three questions:
1. What can 'they' do to improve morale in our group?
2. What can we do to improve morale in our group?
3. What can I do to improve morale in our group.
FIT AND HEALTHY PEOPLE The program is designed to inspire and motivate your staff to keep themselves fit and healthy to the best of their ability.
It's a must for people who want to make improvements to their lifestyle; who want to feel better, have more energy and vitality, reduce their stress level, get more out of life, and live the life they'd like to live.
In Canberra I conduct the program at the Australian Institute of Sport.
Here's the advertising blurb for the program. You can copy it and use it to advertise the program to your staff.

It's a big ask expecting to stay healthy without keeping yourself fit. It's an even bigger ask expecting to get better by having someone do something to you; sooner or later you have to do something to yourself.
