This group had a lot of people under age 30, well educated, sharp as tacks and, in the main, as fit as trout.

By way of comparison take a look at - 16 - Results DE February 2006. Not so good.

 

Or 1 - Resultsa1, which demonstrate a lack of strength and flexibility.

As someone who is self-motivated in health and fitness the level was too low, but looking at the unfit ones in the audience they needed to hear info at this level. Most want John Miller to make their lives easier with little effort.

This is all about a good presenter, knowing their stuff, entertaining, 'marketing' on the basis of logic - ie you 'sold' your product well.
