You and any number of your HR and OH&S colleagues are invited to a short introductory seminar on the work I do for corporate organisations in the field of occupational health, fitness and wellbeing.

You can't solve a health, fitness and wellbeing problem with a safety solution.

In the first section of the seminar, I'll talk about the concept of occupational health, fitness and wellbeing and the benefits that accrue to organisations who focus on the health and fitness side of the OH&S equation.

For many of organisations, the focus on safety has not been attended by lower absenteeism and workers compensation costs. The solution: enhance the focus on employee health, fitness and wellbeing.

You can't solve a fitness problem with a medical solution

In the second section of the seminar John will introduce participants to the CrookBack Clinic workshop to show at first hand the capacity of the program to dramatically lower the costs associated with musculo-skeletal dysfunction. There is an epidemic of musculo-skeletal dysfunction in our workplaces, driven not by accidents and injuries but by by a lack of strength and flexibility.

I'll outline the major causes of musculo-skeletal dysfunction, the exercise prescription, the audit report and the mechanism to establish an ongoing musculo-skeletal health program in your organisation.

The third section of the seminar will focus on how I translate the results of my assessments and surveys into audit reports, including results and recommendations.

you'll be able to see the results of an organisation that I've worked with. It provides a neat health climate survey, along with an audit of musculo-skeletal risk.

IN A NUTSHELL

I assist organisations to measure the risks associated with low levels of health and fitness and show them what they can do about it. I conduct
