AUDIT REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

I think the unique feature of my work is the ability to feed back an audit report on a number of parameters relating to fitness, musculo-skeletal risk, cardiac, stroke and diabetes risk, stress and career satisfaction.

You and your managers can then get a feel for how things are ticking over, health wise and management wise, and, if need be, put in train management strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of staff.

During each seminar participants complete a range of profiles. I collate the results and feed them back to you. Click here to view some of the profiles.

I also include recommendations about what the organisation can do to lower the risk of absenteeism, presenteeism and worker's compensation. (In effect, it's the lowering of the risk that pays for the program - fewer days off, fewer worker's compensation claims, more energy and vitality ...)  For instance, a frequent recommendation is that people who are at great risk of musculo-skeletal dysfunction are obligated to attend a strength and flexibility program, in work's time, several times a week. I also encourage people who are stressed to use the EAP.

I can assure you there is a vast hidden army, navy and air force of people in all the organisations I work with who put up with musculo-skeletal dysfunction, stress and the wrong job and never bother to tell anyone or do anything about it.

If you want to know more about my philosophy of occupational health and fitness click here.

So, if you'd like me to spend time with your staff, when I'm in your area, I'd love to hear from you.  I'll fit in with whatever you want.

I thank you for your consideration and will keep in touch.

Regards and best wishes.
