It's John Miller and I'll be in the Newcastle area bin the week that begins the 8th of February, willing and able to conduct some health management sessions for your staff.

I usually run programs for a number of organisations in the same region, so if you'd like to register an interest I'd love to hear from you.

You can contact me on

or use the contact form.

Once I gauge the interest I'll be able to get back into touch with you to firm up some date(s).

Here's the link to my website, where you'll find out more about what I'm doing for corporate organisations these days.

PROGRAMS

If you click here you'll be able to view my program range that includes

First Law of Management - manage yourself

Seven Habits of Fit and Healthy People

   The Crookback clinic

   Work/Life Balance

   Career satisfaction

   Models of Good Health

   Healthy People, Healthy Workplace

Relaxation, better sleep, fewer headaches, more energy

   The Complete Fitness Program

   The Hourglass Diet

I highly recommend the Healthy People Healthy Workplaces program. It's ideal for groups and their manager - it's a good mix of personal stuff and strategic corporate stuff. It's a great morale booster.

THE CROOKBACK CLINIC

There's an epidemic of musculo-skeletal dysfunction in our corporate organisations. You may like to consider having me come into your organisation and take everyone through the CrookBack Clinic. I can handle about 80 - 100 people per day in four 2 hour sessions.

AUDIT REPORT

If you click here you'll see some of the results and recommendations that I'm able to feed back to organisations regarding the total wellness of their staff.

The audit reports are a very useful management tool. In effect they provide organisations with a very cost effective audit of the risk of absenteeism, presenteeism, workers compensation and retention.

SOME SUGGESTIONS
There are a couple of program options that I recommend people consider.

Some organisations have me in for a day or two to conduct the same seminar to different groups of their staff. For instance, I've had several organisations book me for 8 Crookback Clinics over a two day period.

Other organisations like a selection of seminars for different groups. For instance

Seven Habits of Fit and Healthy People

   The Crookback clinic

   Work/Life Balance

Relaxation, better sleep, fewer headaches, more energy

The relaxation better sleep ... seminar is very popular. A lot of people don't sleep well and they lack energy and vitality.

AUDIT REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS

I think the unique feature of my work is the ability to feed back an audit report on a number of parameters relating to fitness, musculo-skeletal risk, cardiac, stroke and diabetes risk, stress and career satisfaction.

You and your managers can then get a feel for how things are ticking over, health wise and management wise, and, if need be, put in train management strategies to improve the health and wellbeing of staff.

During each seminar participants complete a range of profiles. I collate the results and feed them back to you. Click here to view a sample Health Climate Survey report.

I also include recommendations about what the organisation can do to lower the risk of absenteeism, presenteeism and worker's compensation. (In effect, it's the lowering of the risk that pays for the program - fewer days off, fewer worker's compensation claims, more energy and vitality ...)  For instance, a frequent recommendation is that people who are at great risk of musculo-skeletal dysfunction are obligated to attend a strength and flexibility program, in work's time, several times a week. I also encourage people who are stressed to use the EAP.

I can assure you there is a vast hidden army, navy and air force of people in all the organisations I work with who put up with musculo-skeletal dysfunction, stress and the wrong job and never bother to tell anyone or do anything about it.

EBOOK BONUS

Your staff who attend my seminars will get a free copy of my Ebooks. This would have to be one of the most cost effective ways of getting health information to your staff.
